The vaping sector is growing, with 2437 professionals attending the Rome event

The vaping sector continues to grow, with VapitalyPRO 2023 providing an important opportunity for international operators to engage with one another: hardware and liquid manufacturers, distributors and other operators in the sector came together on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 November in the Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre, marking a return to the large attendance figures of the past with 2437 professionals choosing the event to do business, keep up to date on the latest trends and explore new markets, looking well beyond national borders. It is no coincidence that the slogan selected for the 2023 edition was “We Connect”, with 32% of companies present coming from abroad

“The 2023 B2B edition that has just come to an end recorded impressive attendance figures”, commented Vapitaly President Mosè Giacomello. “It offered an important opportunity for networking in a dynamic, growing sector such as vaping, with participants coming from all over the world for updates on trends and to explore new business prospects. Following the satisfaction of these last two days, preparations are already underway for the next event, scheduled for 25 – 27 May 2024 at Veronafiere Exhibition Centre”.

VapitalyPRO 2023 recorded 2437 participants over the two days, a significant rise in entries compared to the previous edition. 67 exhibitors were present from 11 countries, showcasing the latest trends in the world of vaping.

The two-day event comprised training as well as business, with a total of six workshops: the lawyers Nicola Capozzoli, Alberto Gava and Dario De Blasi tackled issues regarding new administrative scenarios in terms of sanctions and risks, while communication was the focus of the training workshops moderated by the Sigmagazine journalists Stefano Caliciuri and Barbara Mennitti. The issue of relations between retailers and manufacturers was covered by Antonella Panuzzo and Fabrizio Bollini of UNIEcig, aided by the lawyers Cinzia Bonavita and Alberto Fantozzi.

VapitalyPRO once again proved to be a key B2B event for the vaping sector, in which operators enjoyed a unique opportunity to engage with one another and receive expert training on communication and regulatory issues in the sector. The first Italian vaping trade fair remains a benchmark at both national and international level.
