A few and simple, but important information a little less than a month to the fifth edition of Vapitaly, in order to make your visit to the Italian vaping event special (Veronafiere 18-20 May, entry San Zeno, Viale del Lavoro, 8).

1.How much does the visit at Vapitaly cost?

Entry to Vapitaly is totally free, you just need to register on Vapitaly.com

https://www.vapitaly.com/en/ticket-request

2.I am under 18, will I be admitted to Vapitaly?

No. Vapitaly is reserved for visitors of at least 18 years of age. Even if it’s just a few months before your 18th birthday you still won’t qualify because you’re not yet of the required majority age. ID documents will be checked at the entrance (ID card, driving license, passport, …). If we’re unable to confirm your age, you will not be admitted to the event. If you are under eighteen, you won’t be admitted to Vapitaly even if you are accompanied by an adult.

3.I am an adult visitor, can I accompany an under-18 minor?

No. Vapitaly is reserved for visitors of at least 18 years of age. Even if you are a parent or legal guardian, you will not be allowed to bring minors to the event. ID documents will be checked at the entrance (ID card, driving license, passport, …). If we’re unable to confirm the age of the persons you are accompanying, they will not be admitted.

4.I’m a visitor, when can I get into the Vapitaly fair?

Vapitaly is open to visitors from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. You must be at least 18 years of age to gain admittance to the event.

5. I’ve been invited to Vapitaly by an exhibitor, will I be admitted to the event?

Absolutely – assuming you are at least 18 years of age and have a valid entrance pass. To get your entrance ticket, register here: https://www.vapitaly.com/en/ticket-request

Remember to print your ticket so it is clearly legible and be sure to bring it with you when you come.

6. I’m a trade operator, when can I get into the Vapitaly fair?

Operators can visit Vapitaly from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday 18th, Sunday 19th and Monday 20th May. To get your entrance ticket, register here: https://www.vapitaly.com/en/ticket-request. Remember to print your ticket so it is clearly legible and be sure to bring it with you when you come.

7. How can I get an entrance ticket?

To get your entrance ticket, register your details on the Vapitaly website. Simply register here https://www.vapitaly.com/en/ticket-request, choosing your category (Operator – i.e. traders and vaping sector professionals – or Vaper/visitor). You must tick the box to confirm your acceptance of the privacy policy and also the box confirming you are at least 18 years of age.

Visitor Passes are generated as soon as you register and sent to the e-mail address you entered during the registration process.

Operator passes (reserved for traders and vaping sector professionals) will be generated only after the Organizers have checked the data entered. To receive your ticket sooner, we recommend attaching a recent Certificate of Incorporation of your business during the registration process.

8.I haven’t received my ticket, where can I find it?

Check your e-mail spam folder. If the ticket hasn’t arrived, you can recover it by means of the “Recover your ticket" function on the Vapitaly site: just enter the e-mail address you used at the time of registration and we’ll send your entrance ticket again. Click on the following link to retrieve your ticket: https://www.vapitaly.com/en/ticket-recovery Remember to print your ticket so that it is clearly legible and bring it with you in order to gain admittance to the event.

9. Can I take a pet to Vapitaly?

No. For reasons of safety, pets are not allowed at Vapitaly, either in the outdoor areas or in the halls.

10. How do I get to Vapitaly?

The Fair is strategically located. Verona city centre is just a few minutes away, as are the railway station and the motorway junction, while Catullo airport is about 10 km from the exhibition site.

We recommend planning your trip in advance, considering also other events in Verona scheduled to take place during Vapitaly (such as the ‘Straverona’ run on 19th and 20th May), which could disrupt local traffic and require diversions.

By car:

from the A22 motorway: exit at Verona Nord and then enter the Tangenziale Sud orbital road towards Vicenza and follow signs to Verona, take exit 6 ‘Alpo’, then follow signs for “Fiera”; distance: 7 km

from the A4 motorway: exit at Verona Sud then follow signs for “Fiera”; distance: 1 km

By train:

Verona’s main station is Verona Porta Nuova, from where you can reach Vapitaly in a few minutes by bus or taxi. On Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May there will also be a free Vapitaly shuttle bus to reach the event from Verona Porta Nuova railway station.

By Taxi:

Radiotaxi switchboard +39 045 532666 (15 lines), manned 24/7 including bank holidays

Verona radiotaxi website: www.radiotaxiverona.it

Flights:

From the airport:

  • Driving: take the orbital road towards Villafranca, follow signs to the Verona Sud motorway junction and signs for “Fiera”. The trip should take around 10 minutes.

11.How do you access Vapitaly?

An entry ticket is mandatory for the access to the event. The access to the event is through the new entrance San Zeno Veronafiere in Viale del lavoro, 8 - 37135 Verona (VR). This entrance leads to pavilions 11 and 12. Those arriving by car have access to a large car park that is located right in front of this entrance and the pedestrian crossing.

12.Can I buy E-liquids, hardware and other products at Vapitaly?

Vapitaly is responsible only for organizing the event. Sales policies (hardware, E-liquids, etc.) are the exclusive responsibility of the exhibitors. For any details, please contact the exhibitor companies directly.

13.What are the services offered at the exhibition?

The main services for visitors of the event are: wardrobe and free luggage storage, ATM, bar, self-service and street food area.
